Meditation has a proven effect against Depression!

WStudies carried out at American university show that, “Mindfulness Meditation�? can help improve the symptoms of Anxiety and Depression. Improvement can be seen if practiced for 30-40 minutes daily. Mediation is also known to have a positive effect on disruptive teenagers, one secondary school in  San Francisco America has adopted ‘Quiet Time’ which twice a day a gong sounds and those disruptive teenagers sit still shut their eyes and clear their minds.
