Remember to drink lots of water, keeping hydrated is key to all round health, and for a detox effect add some slices of lemon and mint to your water bottle.
As well as a healthy diet there are many other things that can be done to help with stress levels. Yoga is fantastic, it helps with your spiritual growth and will have a great impact on your health, as well as reducing the effect stress can have on your body! Take sometime for yourself, away from all the running around and recharge your spirit. A lavender bath will work wonders for you, add some lavender essential oil to your bath. Epsom salts in the bath is a great way to ease stress and replenish your spirit and relax you from head to toe!
